Administrative Assistant
Work tasks:
- Administrative Assistant to Project Manager and the project management team
- Input to Weekly & Monthly Report
- Take Minutes of Meeting
- Update organizational charts, flowcharts & procedures
- Project Control tasks: Monthly internal reporting (financial project reporting), invoice approval cost (IFS), MPP, weekly follow-up hrs, invoicing to client, follow up and forecast reporting on contractual PS-elements to Client, input Weekly/Monthly reports to Client, Change Management
- Admin service to Client’s representatives as required.
- Assisting with DCC and LCI documentation as required.
- Establishing and maintaining overview-lists of manning in connection with holidays etc.
- Other relevant ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent in speaking & writing English
- Good Technical knowledge
- Proactive & Solution oriented
Duration:
- One year with possibilities for extension
Language:
- Norwegian / English
