Work tasks: 

  • Administrative Assistant to Project Manager and the project management team
  • Input to Weekly & Monthly Report 
  • Take Minutes of Meeting
  • Update organizational charts, flowcharts & procedures
  • Project Control tasks: Monthly internal reporting (financial project reporting), invoice approval cost (IFS), MPP, weekly follow-up hrs, invoicing to client, follow up and forecast reporting on contractual PS-elements to Client, input Weekly/Monthly reports to Client, Change Management  
  • Admin service to Client’s representatives as required.
  • Assisting with DCC and LCI documentation as required.
  • Establishing and maintaining overview-lists of manning in connection with holidays etc.
  • Other relevant ad-hoc administrative tasks 

Requirements:

  • Excellent in speaking & writing English
  • Good Technical knowledge
  • Proactive & Solution oriented 

Duration: 

  • One year with possibilities for extension

Language:

  • Norwegian / English
